is made from freshly harvested, sun-ripened olives in primary cold pressing.

The product designation nativ extra shows it is one of the highest olive oil quality classes.
It is characterised by its typical olive-green colour, its mild, fruity taste and beneficial fatty acid composition.

Olive oil nativ extra is especially good for salads, raw vegetables and for sweating. Olive oil starts to form flakes when chilled below +6° but this does not affect its quality. At room temperature the oil becomes clear again.
