is extracted from the beans of the soy plant.

Distelöl Vita safflower oil

is extracted from selected seeds of the safflower which grows best in the sunny spaces of California. We extract our safflower oil using a special gentle mechanical method of pressing.

This oil is considered to be very valuable, because it has about 75 % polyunsaturated fatty acid (linolenic acid) content, and this makes it an excellent source of essential fatty acids. For use with all salads and raw vegetables, for cooking and sweating.

is extracted from the germs of ripe corncobs.

Traubenkernöl Vita grape seed oil

Grape seed oil was used as a remedy in the middle ages.

Erdnussöl Vita groundnut oil

is made from carefully selected groundnuts.
It is especially valued for its fine nutty flavour and is used as fine edible oil for sauces, and for cooking, frying, and deep-frying. It is also ideal for fondues.

If the oil is stored in a cool place it can become cloudy and flocculated, but this does not affect the taste or quality of the oil. At room temperature the oil becomes clear again.
