Vita safflower
oil is extracted from selected seeds of the safflower which grows best in the sunny spaces of California. We extract our safflower oil using a special gentle mechanical method of pressing. This oil is considered to be very valuable, because it has about 75 % polyunsaturated fatty acid (linolenic acid) content, and this makes it an excellent source of essential fatty acids.
