This oil is made from only organic rapeseed grown
in Germany and pressed in our own oil mill.
Our organic rapeseed oil is a deep-yellow oil with
a distinctive taste and a particularly balanced combination of
fatty acids.
With its optimum ratio of essential Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty
acids, rapekernel oil plays an important role in a balanced
diet.
Most suitable in wholefood cuisine for salads, raw vegetable
dishes, and for cooking, frying and sweating.
